Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Tear up bread and place in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan (casserole).
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour over mixture in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    May be made the night before.
    Cover and refrigerate. Serves 6 to 8.
    Great when you have house guests.
