Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small onions, sliced
    5 slices bacon
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Prick pastry shell to prevent
    puffing.
    Saute onion in butter and place in bottom of unbaked shell.
    Cook and crumble bacon. Mix all ingredients and
    pour
    over
    onions
    in shell. Bake.
