Perfect Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. oysters
    2 c. medium coarse cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    3/4 c. light cream
    1/4 c. oyster liquor
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Let beef stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour before cooking.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Rub meat with salt and pepper. Place meat fat side up in shallow roasting pan.
    Do not cover, do not add water.
    Put roast in oven, cook for 1 hour.
    Turn off heat, do not open oven door at any time.
    Regardless of the length of time the meat has been in the oven, turn the oven back on and cook for 30 to 40 minutes more just before planning to serve. Open door, remove and serve.
    Meat will be perfectly pink.
