Mom'S Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. non-creamy Italian salad dressing
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    In small bowl mix together soup, salad dressing and milk; set aside.
    Stir onion, celery and margarine into rice.
    Spread rice mixture on bottom of baking dish.
    Place chicken on top of rice. Spread soup mixture over chicken.
    Cover pan; bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Uncover pan; continue cooking another 5 to 10 minutes until chicken is browned.
