Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn (drain off 1/2 liquid)
    1 egg
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 small container sour cream
    1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (use 1/2 in mix, 1/2 in topping)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch casserole for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle second half of cheese on top and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
