Pot Roast And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) chuck roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Place roast on a large piece of heavy duty wide foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Then cover with mushroom soup and sprinkle soup mix on top.
    Bring foil up over meat and seal all around.
    Place on a roasting pan.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
