Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 carrots, cooked
    1/4 c. water or liquid from carrots
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    parsley, minced
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut cooked carrots in lengthwise strips.
    Place in a shallow baking dish.
    Mix the water, onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Pour over carrots.
    Top with mixture of bread crumbs, butter and paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Garnish with minced parsley.
