Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bowl lettuce
1/4 to 1/2 c. each: celery, green pepper and Spanish onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. green peas
1 pt. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation

Cut lettuce as if shredded.
Layer next ingredients over lettuce.
Spread mayonnaise over all.
Sprinkle with sugar. Sprinkle shredded cheese and bacon over this.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
