Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. raw zucchini, chopped
1 c. baking mix
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
dash of garlic
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Put in buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until firm and light brown on top.
