Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Chop corn and drain.
    Mix and sift dry ingredients.
    Add the corn.
    Separate eggs and beat yolks slightly.
    Add to the corn mixture.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
    Drop spoon into hot oil, then into batter.
    Pick up a spoonful of the corn mixture and place in hot oil.
    Cook to a golden brown.
