Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1 can pimento or red pepper
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. grated carrot (2 large carrots)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and let stand overnight or 12 hours.
    Keep refrigerated, the longer the better.
