Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck, browned (cooked chicken may be substituted)
1 onion, thinly sliced or grated
1 can (10 oz.) Rotel, diced
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. tortilla chips (small)
Preparation

Brown the meat; drain and set aside.
Line the bottom of a baking dish with tortilla chips.
Sprinkle the meat on top of the chips.
Place sliced or grated onion on top of this.
Combine the Rotel and the cream of chicken soup; mix well.
Pour this mixture evenly over the meat.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the entire mixture.
Cook in 350\u00b0 oven until hot (about 30 minutes, or until bubbly).
