Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. onion juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs, buttered
    1/3 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine squash, melted butter, seasonings and beaten eggs. Arrange mixture alternately in layers with buttered bread and cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
