Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. peeled and sliced potatoes
2 c. sliced squash
2 c. sliced green tomatoes
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced onion
Preparation

Mix all together; pour 1 1/2 cups of flour or meal over them. Fry in a skillet with oil until tender.
