Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops, remove excess fat
4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Line baking dish with aluminum foil, leaving enough foil to cover pork chops and potatoes.
Place pork chops on one end of dish, carrots and onion on other end.
Dot potato-carrot mixture with butter.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft and pork chops are done.
Cover entire dish with cream of mushroom soup.
Bake an additional 10 minutes.
Salt and pepper.
