Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cut fine
    1 onion, chopped
    5 potatoes, diced
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut meat into small pieces.
    Add enough water to cover; cook on medium for 20 minutes.
    Add onions, potatoes, carrots, salt and pepper.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Add 2 tablespoons flour to thicken (more or less flour may be added).
