Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. light molasses
1 egg yolk, beaten
Preparation
-
Mix together and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Spoon crumbs over molasses mixture.
Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
