Icebox Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. green cherries (candied)
1 c. confectioners sugar, plus 1 box for folding
2 c. red cherries (candied)
1 c. mixed fruit candies
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation

Mix well all dry ingredients.
Add milk; mix well again. Start adding more confectioners sugar until solid form.
Form into small loaves.
Roll in confectioners sugar.
Wrap with aluminum foil and refrigerate.
These cakes also freeze well.
