Chicken-Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken (or turkey)
3 c. cooked rice, cooled
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained (in unsweetened juice)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine chicken, rice and pineapple. Blend remaining ingredients and mix into chicken mixture; chill.
