Teriyaki Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. meaty pork spareribs, sawed in half across bones
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut meat into 2 rib portions.
    For marinade, mix soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Place ribs in a shallow baking dish.
    Pour marinade over. Cover.
    Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, occasionally spooning marinade over.
