Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 c. water
    3 lb. ground chuck
    3 eggs
    2 (8 3/4 oz.) cans beef gravy
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 ground pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Add bread crumbs, salt, pepper and instant onion to water. Let stand for a few minutes.
    Add to beef with eggs and mix well. Shape into balls and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until almost done.
    Add gravy, 3/4 cup water, vinegar, brown sugar and green pepper.
    Bake for another 1/2 hour.
