Cranberry Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh cranberries
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
    1 medium apple, peeled and chopped fine
Preparation
    Combine berries, raisins, sugar, spices and water in a large pan.
    Cook 15 minutes until berries pop and mixture thickens. Stir in onion (finely chopped), apple and celery; simmer 15 minutes longer, or until mixture is thick.
    Cool and refrigerate.
