Spicy Catfish Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3 to 5 oz.) pkg. catfish fillets (boiled or poached)
    Italian dressing mix (6 oz.)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. horseradish mustard
    crackers or chips
Preparation
    Combine dressing mix, mayonnaise, sour cream and horseradish mustard; mix thoroughly.
    Fold in flaked chunks of catfish.
    Chill overnight to allow flavors to combine.
    Serve with crackers, chips, fresh vegetables or as a spread on toasted party bread. Yields 2 1/2 cups.
