Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1/2 c. chives
    paprika, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in water until tender; drain.
    Beat; add sour cream, cream cheese and butter.
    Add salt, pepper and chives. Pour into a casserole.
    Melt some butter and put on top.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
