Chicken Muenster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    salad oil (for frying)
    1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 lb. Muenster cheese
Preparation
    Filet chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Marinate in beaten egg for 2 hours.
    Mix together bread crumbs, parsley and garlic salt.
    Roll pieces of chicken in crumb mix.
    Fry in salad oil until lightly browned.
    Melt butter and put in bottom of large 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Lay chicken on top.
    Cover with sliced mushrooms, then cheese slices.
    Mix bouillon cubes with boiling water.
    Pour over all.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
