Bean And Sausage Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh pork sausage links
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    17 oz. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing croutons
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    In covered 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage and 1/4 cup cold water for 5 minutes.
    Remove cover; reduce heat to low.
    Cook sausages until browned, turning often.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Cut each into slices 1/4-inch thick.
    Cook celery and onion until tender, about 5 minutes.
    In large bowl, combine croutons with 1 cup hot water.
    Add all ingredients and mix well. Stuffing for a 6 to 8 pound turkey.
