2/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. creme de cacao
1 c. heavy or whipping cream
2 Tbsp. creme de cacao
1 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1 Hershey's Special dark sweet chocolate bar (8 oz.), broken into pieces
1/4 c. heavy or whipping cream
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 tsp. creme de cacao
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl until light and fluffy.
Combine flour, 2/3 cup cocoa, soda and baking powder.
Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture, blending just until combined.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until tests done. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.
Sprinkle each layer with 1 tablespoon creme de cacao; cool completely.
