Pork Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork, cut into thin strips
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/4 c. apple juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 green onions, sliced
    2 c. broccoli pieces
    1 c. shredded carrots
    dash of pepper
    2 c. fresh bean sprouts
Preparation
    Combine pork, garlic, soy sauce and sherry in a 2-quart casserole.
    Stir to coat evenly; let stand 10 minutes.
    Blend together apple juice and cornstarch; stir into pork mixture. Cover with casserole lid.
    Microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes; stir once.
    Add onion, broccoli, carrots and pepper; do not stir. Cover and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Add sprouts; cover and microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
    Toss to mix
