Southwestern Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 pkg. taco or burrito mix
1 egg, beaten with few drops of water
oil

Preparation

Cut chicken or pork in small pieces; or slice zucchini.
Mix dry ingredients.
Roll pieces first in dry ingredients, then in egg and water and then again in dry mixture.
Fry in oil until done.
