Chocolate Chip Toffee Grahams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole graham crackers, separated into individual squares
    1 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
    6 ounces semi sweet chocolate mini morsels
Preparation
    Arrange graham crackers in a single layer in a jelly roll pan.
    Set aside.
    In a medium sauce pan, combine butter and sugar. Cook over a medium heat, stirring until butter melts.
    Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon and chopped nuts.
    Pour over graham crackers, spreading evenly to edges.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
    Cool 5 minutes, separate cookies and transfer to a wax paper lined cookie sheet, using a spatula. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
    Store cookies between layers of waxed paper in an airtight container in refrigerator.
