Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lg. green peppers
    1 lb. sausage or hamburger
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cut tops off peppers, discard seed and membranes.
    Place peppers in boiling water and cook 5 minutes, invert and drain. Cook sausage in skillet until done, drain off grease, chop fine. Add rice, onion, cheese, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, mix well. Stuff mixture into peppers.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30-40 minutes.
