Heavenly Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. sour cream

Preparation

In a small saucepan, mix the eggs with sugar, orange juice and vinegar, stirring constantly until mixture is thick.
Stir in butter and cool, then pour in sour cream.
Excellent with summer fruits or fruit salads.
