Breakfast Pie With Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
    5 eggs (6 eggs and 1/2 c. milk for large pie)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. diced green onions (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Combine sausage and potatoes with cheese in a pie shell. In bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage, potatoes and cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
