5 Flavor Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. shortening
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. each: rum, coconut, vanilla, lemon and almond
Preparation

Combine and cream well the first 3 ingredients.
Add the eggs, one at a time.
Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt, then add the milk alternately with the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture.
Add flavorings last.
Pour into a well-greased Bundt or tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until cake tests done.
