Czar Czandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices Westphalian rye bread
    butter or margarine, softened
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    approximately 4 large mushrooms, sliced
    Russian salad dressing
    6 slices bacon, halved and lightly cooked
Preparation
    Spread bread with butter; place on broiler-proof pan.
    Top each slice with sliced hard-cooked egg, then with mushrooms. Spoon 1 tablespoon salad dressing over each slice of bread; top with 3 half slices of bacon.
    Broil 3 to 4-inches from heat, 4 to 5 minutes or until bacon crisps.
    Makes 2 servings.
