Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Sift together twice the first 5 ingredients.
    Mix well the sugar and oil.
    Add grated carrots to oil and sugar mixture. Beat.
    Beat in eggs, 1 at a time.
    Add 1 cup pecans to dry ingredients and add to the other mixture (optional).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 35 minutes or longer.
