Low-Fat Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. ground sage
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped red pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    dash of garlic powder
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl; knead well and make into sausage patties. Pan-fry in nonstick pan or bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
