Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander (optional)
Preparation
    In 10 to 12-inch skillet, cook hamburger, onion and green pepper until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are softened. Drain and discard fat.
    Add potatoes, tomato, chili powder, coriander and water.
    Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are done.
