Ham Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground ham, cooked
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. minced onion (optional)
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 c. apricot nectar
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine the first 7 ingredients and mix well.
Put in a 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over. Bake 1 hour at 275\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
