Lemon Lush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    12 oz. Cool Whip
    4 1/2 c. milk
    2 sticks margarine
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    3 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding
    Nuts, optional
Preparation
    First layer:
    Mix flour, butter, and nuts and press into 13 x 9 pan.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
    Allow to cool.
    (Do not melt butter- leave at room temperature and cut into flour to a crumbly mixture.)
