Theresa'S Seafood Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Ritz crackers
    1 pkg. crab meat, cooked
    1 pkg. shrimp (3/4 lb.), cooked
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    Seafood Magic or liquid crab in addition to margarine (makes it better)
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 regular can evaporated milk
    Tabasco to taste
Preparation
    Put 1 package crushed Ritz crackers in melted butter on bottom of large casserole dish.
    Combine crab meat and shrimp and saute in 1 tablespoon margarine (Seafood Magic or liquid crab).
    Combine Velveeta cheese, evaporated milk and Tabasco.
    Put seafood in casserole over crackers.
    Pour cheese mixture over seafood. Sprinkle more Ritz.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 covered until it bubbles on all sides.
