Black Velvet Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chili beef
1 medium onion
1 can tomato sauce (soup can size)
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 soup can water
Preparation

Brown meat.
Add spices.
Cook low 2 hours on top of stove. This is medium-hot.
Season to taste.
