Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine, melted

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
