Uncle Mac'S Coconut Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. milk
3/4 stick butter or margarine
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Melt margarine; beat eggs and add other ingredients, leaving coconut until last.
Stir until smooth.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown on top.
