Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread, cubed (not crushed)
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
    2 c. milk
    5 eggs
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Arrange bread cubes in baking dish.
    Cover with cubed cheese. Beat eggs until foamy; add milk.
    Also add salt.
    Pour egg mixture over bread and cheese.
    Spread flat and smooth.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about one hour.
