Whipped Cream Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
    Dissolve over hot water.
    Whip the cream until stiff.
    Beat in sugar and vanilla. Add cooled gelatin and beat until it forms peaks.
    Spread over cake.
