Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. lard
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Cut in lard until it resembles corn meal.
    Beat egg, vinegar and water together.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Blend thoroughly, using a pastry blender.
    Let rest. Roll out to desired size.
    Will make 2 full pie crusts.
