Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. hash brown potatoes
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
2 cartons sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 doz. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except crackers and margarine.
Pour in a large baking dish.
Top with the crackers and melted margarine. Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
