Banana Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 (13 oz. each) cans evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    3 c. mashed bananas
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add evaporated milk, sugar, milk, bananas, vanilla and almond extract.
    Beat until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour into freezer and freeze according to directions with electric or hand-cranked type freezer.
