15 Minute Best Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 90% ground beef
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 can peas
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground onions
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In large frying pan, brown ground beef on high heat for 5 minutes. Then drain. Bring salt and water to a boil in separate pot. Add rice. Stir and cover. Remove from heat for 5
    minutes. Add peas, ketchup, onion, hot sauce and a pinch of salt to ground beef in frying pan and heat on low setting for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then covering. Add rice and stir thoroughly and serve hot. Makes 4 ample servings.
